found this cool art work from a guy named Marko Manev...thought I'd share

I really like the simplicity and originality of his work. He has several different superheros and villains from the marvel world. I'm planning on putting a few up in my game room to further make obvious the extent of my inner nerdiness

Eh its alittle too simple to me. Sorry bro but it looks like 2nd graders can do this, you could probly even draw something better yourself. In fact I know this one artist (has a degree in art and draws well), who is the biggest fan of Marvel I have ever met. I mean he has EVERYTHING XMen. Maybe he can do something for you. I just think theres way better choices out there even if your looking for something simple like this :couch

I agree that they are very simple, but for some reason I find them extremely cool. Only certain ones, not all of them. I like these too...http://society6.com/artist/r0gue

but I would like to see what your friend has done. I can maybe come up with some concept sketches and then let the artist do his work...

Maybe you can pick out the ones you like and what style you are looking for, also the size, material (paper, canvas, marker, pencil, chalk, etc), and if you want it painted or drawn (I think hes more of a painter). Of course he will have to do it for a price. I knew this one guy in HS that could draw the s*** out of some characters. Like the best drawings I have ever seen, ever, better than the pros. It looked so real but he moved away and is being a butthead by not talking to anyone anymore.

If your really interested send a pm with what you are looking for and Ill get in touch with him.

Remember, Art is a subjective medium, so arguing about it is pointless.

^that's probably the one I like the most out of the first bunch. Why do they look like folded up pieces of paper? I don't get that.

Those 2 are good from the 2nd batch.

not sure why they have that fold look but to me I think it adds to the coolness. The goblin one is one of my favs, the other is hulk (even tho I don't like the hulk very much in the comics/movies)

the other ones I like are by this person http://society6.com/artist/ArianNoveir
the captain america and spiderman ones are sick

^Yeah see, I don't really like any of those. Like, I guess some are a tad funny the first time you see them (like the ozzy bat symbol one), but I couldn't see myself looking at them more than a couple times.

so, apparently you can't seem to grasp the idea of minimalism. :tisk:

Now these I actually like. I like the Superman one the most but I also like Spiderman and Wonderwoman ones too. Really all the Superhero ones are pretty cool. They look very appealing to me.
