converting to map sensor... help??(emu related)

ok i got a emanage ultimate (emu) i have the option to conver to a map sensor so when i do my fuel map i can go with boost pressure x rpms instead of the maf signal x rmps. my question is that do i need to retain the stock maf with the emu to use the pressure sensor or can i totally disregard it. i have a z32 maf if i dont need it im gona sell it and use the money to purchase the pressure sensor.

also how much harder is it to tune with the pressure sensor opposed to maf? im assuming its gona be easier, when the pressure sensor picks up boost it will change the voltage, so when that voltage change occurs i should lean/rich out the a/f mixture to my taste. and anything off boost keep it lean. 14-16:1? do i have the theory correct?
