Converting power doors to manual?

Long story short, had a little mishap at the track this weekend involving a barrier. Took out my door and rocker panel. Already found a few s13's being parted out that i could saw-zall off the rocker panel and weld a new one on. the only problem im having is that all the doors im finding for sale locally are power/electric windows /locks

I was wondering how hard it is to convert a door shell from power, to roll up windows? How much hardware would i have to swap from my old door? I dont know whats still good from my old door, and whats fubar'd

Most of the time people do the opposite and convert from manual to power, and they usually end up swapping the whole door. Im guessing this is cause its a lot easyer, but what exactly needs to be done to swap from electric to manual?

or would i be better off to just keep looking til i find a manual door?

I am guessing the whole shizz from inside the door switched over and then drill a hole for the crank.

Or you could just power the window regulators and have power windows till you find manual doors to swap. Its just power and ground to roll it up switched backwards it rolls down. Its probably less work and would make more sense logistically.

I was thinking about switching everything over, but now i just realized, my regulator and everything is probably completley fcked, considering the glass shattered, and the bottom half of the door + rocker panel is pushed in about a foot. I suck with electrical stuff, id probably have a real hard time trying to figure out how to power the windows lol

It's really simple I'll take pics of my ghetto cut wires and jumper cable setup whenever the rain stops. Probably tommorow.

I've been trying to find manual doors myself because of the previous owner installing power doors on a non power car
