Converting from wires to coils????!!!!!Need help.

I want to know what I need and from where, so that I can convert my ka24de from ignition wires to ignition coils. Any one any advice would b helpful.

You're going to need an sr ecu, a custom tune, some sort of ignition control like megasquirt, and probably a custom valve cover. I'm not sure how the coil packs bolt on so you'll have to figure that out.

If you use an AEM EMS you might be able to do it, I'm not sure though.

Found this article after literally 2 seconds of googling. You need to do more research before boosting your KA. The stock ignition system is fine for over 400 whp.

Nice ride.Thankz for the info.I know I saw many ppl use ignition coils on their KA's but I didn't know how they did it.Allz u gotta do with the SR ecu is plug nd play?
