Converting factory xm to sirius -- is p/n 999U9-AS006 all that i need?

As the title asks --- want to convert my 06 qx56 from factory xm to sirius. Is all i need the nissan/infiniti part number 999U9-AS006 to make the conversion happen? I'm assuming this is a plug and play tuner box that connects to an output of the radio?

I believe that is all you need, make sure your antenna has the same plug on it, but the pre-wire cable will plug into either the Sirius or XM receiver.

Hmm, i have no clue how to check to see if the antennas are the same except to order it. Do you have any other ideas?
