Converting a HUD cluster with JDM SR20 cluster

I have a 93 240 w/ the HUD display thats been giving me lots of problems. I found a cluster on ebay out of a S13 SR20. (It comes with the harness for $65) Im just wanting to know if it will work, and if it will then what do I need to do to the harness? Just match wires or what? Any help would be appreciated.
