Convertible door lock timer... interchangeable w/ what year 240's/Nissans?

UPDATE: biggie is right, it's 91-94 240sx's w/ 8 pins. THANKS!---------------------Hey guys, My power locks stopped working a few days ago . I'm guessing it's the door lock timer. Tried exchanging it w/ one from an 89 240sx - turns out the 89 240sx timer is 6 pins, and the vert one is 8 pins.

Anyone know which year 240 (or any Nissan) door lock timers are interchangeable w/ the vert one?

Should be all 91-94 240s and maybe S14s as well.

Quite a few things electrical were upgraded from 90 to 91 it seems.

Yea, damn Nissan.

Anyone have a 91-94 240 to verify? I just looked on eBay @ a couple door lock timers from supposedly dohc 240's & they have 8 pins, but configured in a 4-4 pattern... the vert is a 5-3 pattern iirc.

Forgot about ASC. My bet is since they had to do the doors on site they used a non-Nissan OEM part. So they very well may be Vert specific (or GM or something).
