Folks, I know that I need new struts (at minimum) on my 2004 MO SL. Well, now that it has 90K miles on it, and I plan to keep another 5+ years (I'm only driving about 6K miles per year), I would like to tighten up the suspension to be more like my wife's SE (more firm).

I've only been to Midas so far (who have been honest and reliable for brakes and other work)... Their computer only shows the same shock/strut for both the SE and the SL...however, the dealer does show a different front shock (or strut). To me, that means that they are just going with "generic" and not even differentiating between the SL and SE models.

Does anyone have any recommendations on how to make my SL handle and ride more like the SE? Thanks for your help!

Anyone have suggestions about any aftermarket parts/brands for having a tighter suspension on my SL. I need new struts and sway bars, so now is the time! Thank you!
