I've just finished collecting parts and started my Z32 brake swap. (92' 240 coupe btw). As it turns out the agency power brake lines don't fit. They are the right thread, but when threaded in they wiggle a bit in the threads instead of fitting tight like a factory fitting would. Although I was uncomfortable with the fittment, I was able to get them to tightened up. However they felt close to stripping. When i tryed to pump up the brakes to bleed, the fittings at the caliper leak. The portion of the line that leaks is actually a double ended male fitting that screws between the line and the caliper. If I could find 4 of those that fit appropriatly my problems would be solved. Anyone had this problem? Maybe someone allready knows where to source the appropriate fittings? I'de like to keep the lines since i really like the appearance, but if they gotta go, they gotta go.

I suggest you return the caliper for an exchange. Assuming it has not been too long since the purchase.I also have the same brake lines. I was on the verge of scrapping them for the same reason. I ended up installing the caliper side first, with some teflon tape, then the line, then attached the hard line.Eventually though I will have my calipers rebuilt, and will more than likely replace the lines at that point. Don't get me wrong, they work fine, no leaks, good fit, I am just skeptical about removing and re-installing them.

the replacement caliper is to be here on tuesday. hopefully that will be te last of my issues. i'm a mechanic by profession and i've never had so many issues collecting a simple parts list.
