convenience package and abs

hi there, i am new here and we are thinking of getting a versa - which is easier said than done here in the midwest.

one question: is is possible by now to get the convenience package and abs together. on the nissan webpage it is not possible to build a car with both of them, but different dealers tell different stories )and some dealers don't seem to have too many clues )...

does anybody here have one with both items??

I wish that they did come together, I definately would have got both on my Versa. but i really dont think that they do. My dealer said they dont and neither does the net. I've heard that the ABS isnt too great anyway. Congrats on your new Versa

I tested my ABS on purpose on the desert parking lot in the rain.It works great, i never had an Anti lock brakes system before and it was quiet an experience as i press on the brakes as hard as i can and still can steer pretty much where i want. I can’t compare it to others but it sure does the job it was made for...

Car comes with tire pressure monitoring....but not ABS. Seems kind of strange to me.

You will be able to get both... but you'll have to wait until early next year, according to my dealer. Who knows really? However, it wouldn't make sense if you couldn't get both together, so I'd tend to believe the dealer on this one... but ONLY on this one! I'm not too keen on car dealerships...
