I am talking about the little metal box with a harness that goes in the way of the clutch pedal on an automatic car. Since I have a manual trans wiring harness, can I chunk this? Or should I leave it in and not take any chances?thanks

its not nessesary but you may get a code for at comm in your engine control module, which mean the ECM does not see the TCM.
