On the Nissan D21... Whats the difference between the 2wd control arms and the 4wd control arms... would the 4wd UPPER arms at that work on the 2wd ??

You can ask the dealer if there the same part number, if they are then its a direct fit. Some times things are different part numbers but will sometimes fit too.

I tried looking on an online Nissan OEM parts catalogue, but there wasn't any part numbers. The prices were the same for both 2wd and 4wd, but that's not telling me enough. Is there any Nissan dealerships near you.

IDK if you would need the 4wd LCA's as well, and I have no idea if those would fit the 2wd.

I doubt a Nissan dealer will be able to help, their computers don't give cross-ref information. They can tell you what should be on your truck but not 'what else should fit'. 4x4parts.com might know though.

As far as my research has gone both 4wd and 2wd share the same control arm bushings but even that doesn't point to being able to swap control arms.
