control arm snapped off W.T.F

backing out of my drive way I heard a griding sound for the past couple of days so I stopped when I heard the grind and snap. I go to the dealer today we will test nissans warranty. My luck they will say it is caused by my 18" rims

throw your stock rims back on before you head down there. They'll probably say it was a result of lowering the car anyway.

it was a tie bar. they say who ever lowered my car did not toque the nut down. i was the one that lowered the car so $110 was cost of repair with labor. still cheaper than a shop lowering my car. lesson learned

W.T.F...You should change the title of this thread to "control arm snapped, Lowering kit install at fault"

As it is now, it sounds like you had a defective car.

at the time of post it was a broken piece that looked like a control arm. sorry to worry you i will use more caution when creating a post.
