I am rebuilding the front end of my 77 280Z. I bought a (almost complete) bushing kit. My question is about the control arm bushings. I have seen the video where the guy removes the old ones with a ball joint press and an impact, easy enough. My question is about installing the new urethane bushings. Any tips out there from anyone? Thanks!

Just be sure to lube them well before you install them as they are known to squeak incessantly without it.

I used a bench vise to "press" the urethanes in place. Some of them slide in, others put up a bit of a fight. A couple of large washers, a long bolt and nut will get them in if you don't have a bench vise.
