Do they have a kit for the upper and lower control arm (bushing) front and rear. If so, where can it be purchased? My car sways a bit when I hit those medal pot holes (Brooklyn, New York). Could it also be the HICAS ?

The usual proceedure is to buy new arms with new bushings included........also check your kingpin bearings and the 3rd link for damage [they get sloppy and the 3rd link bends].

As new suspension requires brand new parts frequently at nleast every 7 years or 100k.

Upper links get sloppy at 30k and tension rods leak 60k.............never ending battle to maintain as new.

OK, found out from the service manual that it's my super HICAS system. I did diagnostic procedure 4 which states; symptom: Vehicle behavior is abnormal (vehicle sways or jerks). I performed the self-diagnosis without the CONSULT. The rear wheels turned slightly to the right but not to the left, then began to jerk. If anyone encounter this problem before, please let me know the solution.

Note the section in FSM about air bleeding the rear rack and system.

Not much to go wrong if annual PS fluid changes are done.

Access to a Consult always makes things easier.
