Here the story, I have a '93 vert and was chaging my brakes (resurfaced rotors and new pads). I did the normal routine when i was bleeding the brakes...passenger rear, driver rear, passenger front, driver front with two peolple of course. After all that my brakes are mushy....so I figure it can use a new M/C....put it on...bled it again...cyclinder too....seem ok then test drove it....brakes locked while i was driving (10 mins later)....sigh.....replace the calipers off a '92 S13.....bled it again....mushy but didnt lock....replaced the lines to SS......the fronts locked again....more bs.....inspected the calipers...looks kinda worn (worked fine when it was on my 180)....upgraded to 300zx.....bled it again...worked like a dream for 4 miles...........was on the freeway goin aroun 65-70....wanted to gas it more and did....noticed the speedometer didnt go anywhere....mph started to drop.....locked again (like a brick wall when i step on it)...came to a complere stop....towed it home.....replace the last thing i can think of....brake booster...use one from a 92 S13......bled it twice....very mushy (pedal goes to the floor for it to stop) but doesnt lock...........i dont know wat else to do....plz help!!!!!!

since i'm not sure what the problem is on this issue, I moved it to a spot that gets a bit more traffic.

seems like you have covered all the bases. For some reason is the spring on the pedal return busted?
