Contering Tach/Speed signal with JDM gauge cluster-RB25det

I have kind of decided to go ahead and use the Dakota digital products for my gauge cluster and tachometer. But I would like to see 160mph. I was wondering if I could use the JDM cluster that reads somewhere around 180kph and convert that to MPH using the SGI-5 unit?

Or considering using the SGI-5 with the 300zx cluster and tach gauges that I already have installed in my 240
