Hi folks -
I'm contemplating purchasing a 1991 M30 convertible from its owner. Its Vehicle History report checks out, and it looks like there's no major issues. There's no leak, the power roof works great, and no visible damage. 120,000 miles.
However, the asking price is $3,000. Looking around these forms, it seems that $2,500 is a common asking price for a '92 with similar mileage. Is $3000 expensive? Is there anything else I should check in the car before making my decision?
Also, I live in the Pacific Northwest, so there's a considerable amount of rain in the winter months. Is there any reason the M30 would not be a good idea, considering that I do not have a covered parking spot at my condo?
Thanks!
