I have a 92 240sx and it does not that the input for a consult. Is this normal? I cant find it under the dash or by the ecu. I used to have an auto transmission and the person who had it before me swapped it to 5 speed so they could have messed it up. Anyway is there any way to hardwire a consult plug in so i can read whats going on. I did a few searches and they seem to be more for swapped engines. Any leads/diagrams/help would be much appreciated. Im stumped :wtf2:

It's supposed to be with the fuses next to your pedals.
Auto, manual, they all came with it.
Pull the plastic panel and look.

It's not behind the dashboard.
It's by the driver's footrest, behind a plastic panel, it's usually tucked away, so you'll have to rummage around there.

If the previous owner removed it or something for some odd reason, look at the wiring diagram in the factory service manual.

Download all the PDF files in there into a folder, FSM is filled with great stuff.

Ya I pulled all that apart. Im thinking they had a SOHC engine in this before and did some messed up wiring when swapping in the dohc. I think i have found a way to wire one in but not sure yet. If anyone has any more ideas please let me know. Im very appreciative of the people who have responded already!!!!
