Consult II or Consult III

Is there anyone in the Central Florida Area with access to a Consult II or Consult III to scan my M, having the dreaded ABS VDC SLIP and RAS lights on my cluster. Any help will greatly be appreciated.

I thought I saw somewhere that if these all came on in unison that the issue was...*drum roll*...brake fluid was low? (this isn't a joke - serious post)

Or is that only ABS/VDC/SLIP and not RAS?

Brakes are new and the brake fluid is new and filled to the level. The first thing I looked at was the brake fluid when I got the lights, I have VDC off Slip ABS and RAS comes on after a few moments. I have checked the rear speed sensors at the axle shafts and they are clean and not loose. I have yet to look at the front ones and the one at the drive shaft.
I have been able to pull some codes via self diagnosis without consult on the ACS FSM which gives me DTC 4 ABS/TCS/VDC Cir and DTC 26 EDC Mode Malf.
