Hi all!
I trying to connect to Nistune, my adapter is china consult-usb ft232, laptop on windows7 with 2012 FTDI drivers.
settings: com 1, 9600, 5
all of consult pins with voltage (every pin when closed on GND - positive voltage)

That’s weird...it’s always a pain setting it up. My Conzult doesn’t work unless I have it on COM 3...also try to check for driver updates after clicking on properties to make sure it has the most recent update possible. None of mine worked until I switched it to COM 3. Maybe try that...?

X2, try more than one COM port.

Check if the software searches for more than one ECU too, if you are on the wrong one it will not give anything at all.
