I have designed, on paper, what I think to be a well designed KA-T. My only problem is, I don't have any hands on experience building cars, this is where you all come in. I don't want flaming about how this company sucks, don't buy their **** and stuff like that, I just want to know what I'm missing, and what I haven't taken into consideration.

I also want to know how reliable this will be, and how much boost I can run and power it should be pushing, just a rough estimate. I know you won't know how much power until it hits the dyno. I also know that this setup will need extensive chassis dyno tuning. This is just a plan, THANKS!!

I forgot, there's no engine management listed there, because I'm still deciding what I want to run. I know someone running a SDS fuel management system, but I was looking at MoTeC. A chipped OE ECU will NEVER find it's way onto my car if it's turboed. EVER. not enough adjustablitity, I want two fuel maps, low boost, and high boost.

I don't know if guages come with N-Sport - Stage-I Turbo Kit but if is doesn't you will need them. You will probably need a larger radiator too. All else seems good.

yeah, I noticed that that list didn't have forged internals, but I'm being very indecisive. Turbo KA? SR20DET? Import a RHD Silvia? I don't really know. but thatnks. The gauges are on another list I have, I'm a list whore :) And the larger radiator is there.

go to http://www.sdsefi.com and read in their 'tech section' about hp and injector size.
