Console Cover Leather Replacement

I bought a new center console leather cover for my 2012 Murano. Does anyone know how to remove the cover so I can replace the leather? I removed the back trim panel but got stuck there. Thanks in advance!

I replaced the cover. You need to remove the top tray and pop out bottom cover from inside the lid. Then there are 4 screws to remove the armrest. 4 more screws and it is off.
