Seriously considering purchasing a 2007 M45 with 107K miles and a ding on the roof. The front windshield was replaced probably because of the rock that caused the ding on the roof where the front windshield meets.

Please advise if this can be repaired easily and for how much.

Overall, the body has no other dings or scratches. The interior is clean and the engine runs strong. Title is clean and CARFAX has zero negative reports.

I definitely wouldn't let that stop me from buying it if everything checked out.
Personally, I would just sand it and apply touchup paint if it's small... I can't really determine the size from the picture.

If the price is right & that is the only "problem" then go for it.

I hope my story helps you decide. I didn't have the option of buying an M45 at the time I was shopping (Prices were still too high $30k+) so I had to settle for a M35x. Mine wasn't clean, there was one major accident where the entire front drivers side was smashed in. I also had that small amount of rust in almost the same area as you and part of the bargaining was me telling them I will only buy this car if you fix that. I really liked the fact that the dealership was honest about everything. There was one other M35x with 40k more kms on it but had the NAV option. I told these guys about this other car and they said go buy a Garmin for ~$300 and we'll refund that amount to you :)
The rest of the car was immaculate in every way and the repair job was fantastic. 4 years later and everything is still running well and strong. I did have to replace the wheel bearings once but that was done under warranty. No problems since.
Dealers are seriously desperate to make a sale so they will fix things like that. Also check tire wear depth because the 18" tires are $200+ each.

That ding is a pretty easy fix. Sounds like a great car. What are they asking for it? What tech packages does it have?

Didn't some of the early 06/07 VK45DE have oil consumption issues?

they can/do--you should look at maintenance records if available and see if there have been any issues, although if you search the forum for this topic, several members burn some amount of oil to varying degrees.

i personally have not had any issues so far--got my 2006 M45 at 41k, now have over 80k on it and it still pulls like a beast.

Same here, and I have the same car and options as you. Bought it with 62K and it now has 75K. Amazing car. No problems. Keep changing the oil and do other maint. when its needed and plan ahead financially if you have to. First thing you should do is get Maint. Records and see what hasnt been done and what needs to get done.

I burn oil but it seems normal for this engine. Sometimes I put a bit of oil in it after 1.5K miles of driving in between oil changes.

Looks like OK car, If I was the OP I would consider looking for M45 with few more options and less milage. The M45 in pictures looks like the non-sport version, not sure what other options are or are not included. I think having options helps the resale value of the car if you ever decide to get rid of it.
I dont know where your location is but in the Northeast there are plenty of fully loaded M45 sports 06-07 years with lower miles than this one. Sport option gives you black headlight housing, 19" sport wheels, OEM lip kit on some(not made anymore) etc...

I have 06 and never had oil burning issue, I did install a oil catch can in mine. Other than seat rock issue I had no problems with mine. I would check if the seats moves forward as you come to a stop, this is very commom on M models.

Here's more information on the car OP is looking at:

For sale at a non-Infiniti dealership
Price $14,998
Mileage 109,918
Technology Pkg
Non-Sport model
Looks like the car has had one owner, non-lease.
