connector help

i have a 95 240 and some one has cut the wires going in to a connector to short to splice back in to it can u pull the metal pin out of the connector and connect newwire

Yes, the metal terminal can be released from the connector.
There are many different styles of connectors and each has a different method of releasing the terminal.
Can you post an image?
Also, punctuation is your friend!

I figured how to get them out but dose any one know what the wire harness that runs down the passenger side of 95 240
