Hard to see but most likely your ConZult connector. If something had popped out of your wiring junction boxes you probably would know it.

Do you know where it would plug in?*edit* Nevermind I did some googleing, So do I just tuck it over something to keep it out of the way or is there something to plug it into to protect the terminals?

I think its just supposed to tuck up in there. I've even heard of a clip or something that's possibly supposed to help hold it up.

Yea, just tuck it up and out of the way. If you had a dash connector come loose, you'd be having a lot of interior problems.
