Connecting scan tool to ecu

Hello guys I own a 2006 R51 Pathfinder I just replaced the valve body and VCM, the gearbox is holding first gear when I flatten the throttle pedal so I tried to get data or codes etc but scanner will not communicate with engine/trans,abs or airbag but it will comunicate with BCM, meter and all other meters relating to BCM I'm stuck and would really like some help. I've tested all fuses etc, thank you people.

Sounds like your new TCM is defective. R51 Valve Bodies (as well as Frontiers and Xterras from the same period) are infamous for crashing the entire CANbus when their comm hardware fails. Disconnect the transmission and see if the other systems wake up. If so, your new VB is bad.
