Connecting rod install direction

Ok, so the fsm shows a pic of the piston setup with the front aiming left (let's say west to make it easy) then the oil hole on the con rod pointing north and the rod number facing south.

Where I'm confused, is that for the drivers side only? Do all of the oil holes point toward the passenger side as the fsm implies? Or do they all need to aim toward the center of the motor, where the squirters are? :gotme

Honestly don't know, but my guess would be towards the center where the squirters are. I know stock TT pistons actually had a hole on the underside for oil to get inside the hollow cavity on them, but aftermarket ones don't have these.
