Connecting an 09 stock navi to an 08 basic AC? Steering wheel controls?

i have a 08 Altima coupe 2.5s, super basic....someone gave me a great deal on a stock 09 Altima Bose Navigation...can i connect it to my car? also, if i go to the dealership and purchase a steering wheel remote for the navi (my stereo didnt have a remote) can it be connected to my stereo? and can i make my AC Dual climate? i could get these parts cheaper cuz i have a re-sale license
