I own a 04 G35 coupe with the factory nav. My goal is to connect an ipod video to the factory nav so I can basically play music through the stereo and watch videos on the nav screen. Ive done my research and the best I can figure out is the only way to connect an ipod video to factory nav is to buy to adapters. An aux audio adapter and the video adapter that connects to factory nav then I would just run the audio/video output cable to the nav connections.

So my question is...is there a single device that does audio and video that connects to factory nav? Also if any here has done this...how is it? Was it worth it? Any problems? Thanks in advance.

I don't know if the factory system you can get will do video or not, but there is one for $185 that you can hook up to your SAT input to play audio. If you really want to do video, I think you have to go the route of adapters.
