Connect iPhone 3G to 2007 Murano?

I have 2007 Murano S and would like to connect my iPhone 3G to the stereo. Where can I find info on what harness or connection I need? Search didn't find exactly what I wanted. I suppose because it's the basic S model, there was no pre-wired harness, etc.

Anyway I did find some harnesses on Ebay:

..but I am simply not knowledgeable enough on this vehicle to know if these are what I need or just a simple Aux cable.
