well no one else was going to notice or congratulate Ben, he is now a moderator here on NICO, and i think he has deserved it indefinitely, he is now moderating the 'MEETS' section of the board, just wanted to send out my props to Ben, enjoy the responsibility of a 'man in power', haha, we know you'll be good at it, hell you're here all the time

Thanks everyone. I can't say that I'm not really happy about it. I've actually wanted to be a mod for a while. After all, I have been on NICO and even on the old 240sx.org board for a while. I am here ALL the time, too. So yea its cool. Thanks again for the recognition.

yea i noticed u were a mod when i was posting in one of ur threads and i asked u if u had just recently become a mod or if i just never noticed. so i was right!

Actually the mechanism isn't quite as simple..

Before I make a call like that, I usually start a candidacy thread on our hidden moderator board (where we make fun of the members, just kidding:D) and if no one objects to the person being posed as a candidate, than that person gets a phonecall/email from me.

Fred...

PS: Yes it was just a couple of days ago.
