My 94 Q has switch between the seat heaters that reads TCS off. It was my understanding that TCS doesnt necessarily mean it has active suspension.... Anyone clarify that for me before I start ordering parts? Note that I havent seen anywhere where it lists the car as a Q45a, not the badging, not the title, ect... Thanks

Alicia,If you are not sure if you car is an Active or not, there a couple of simple things you can do to determine this: Open the hood and look for black (plastic) resorvoir on the inside of the fender (driver's side), towards the front - right next to the airbox (where the air filter goes). This is the tank where you add the ffluid for the Active suspension.

Or you can check the top of the front struts (shock absorbers), also by looking inside the engine compartment. If you see some sort of tubes (metal) coming out the top of the struts, then connected to some high pressure hoses, your car is an Active....

When ordering parts for you car you should always provide your VIN to ensure you get the correct parts for your car.

If your car is an Active car, it will look like this: (2 heated seats switches, the Active height switch and the TCS traction control switch)
