Confirmation on bank 2 catalytic converter P0430/Replace cat DIY???

Hey people, I have a 00 Maxima GLE with 120k with ngk iridium plugs and everything else stock. I dont hear any exhaust leaks or intake leaks. Idles fine. SES light came on twice so far. I turned it off once with the scanner and it came back with same code P0430.

Questions: 1.Which cat is that exactly? Ive read different answers on the net. Im confused at this point. 2. How many cats are on the car??? Confused with the selection on sites due to CALI emissions. (I live in NYC and car has always been registered in NY, 2nd owner) 3. IS the cat (front or rear) a DIY?? if so does anybody have tips, steps etc...

4. Should I replace the O2 sensor with this cat as well??? Im assuming its original.

1. Bank 2 pre cat (nearest to the radiator).

2. 3 2pre cats and a main cat.

3. I believe it's integrated into the y-pipe. It is DIY possible. The bolts will be extremely rusted son be warned that one or more may break. You can buy an aftermarket y-pipe that eliminates the 2 pre cats if you don't have emissions inspections.

4. Replace the y-pipe first and see if you get any codes for the O2.
