Parked the Q on an upward incline this afternoon after a 15-minute trip in 55 degree weather, and noticed maybe 4 ounces of water dripping out of the exhaust outlets - enough to leave a trail down the pavement for 6 feet.

It's definitely water - no particular gas or antifreeze smell, but the quantity surprised me. Anyone else experience this?

Not unusual at all.

Yes, it's concerning when you see it, but as long as you drive the car to "remove" the water so the exhaust isn't rusting from the indside out, it's not abnormal.

Also, don't be concerned if it has a little gas smell as not all your unspent fuel is being "processed" by your cats ... assuming you have them.

Thanks, guys -

Considering the shape of the rear muffler, I wouldn't be surprised if there was another quart sloshing around inside it!

Need to plan my trips so that the engine runs a little longer, apparently...

I know it's been posted plenty of times.. but......

It steams the whole time (Mind you, this was shot in winter, so condensation being boiled off is more prominent)

And if you look carefully, you can see water spraying out the back when it is being revved.

I agree with the others, it seems to be normal for the Q.
