Condensation in Passenger Headlight

I have noticed that my 1997.5 Q45t has condensation in the passenger side headlight. Can anyone tell me the cause and/or the way to fix it. I have searched, but get a lot of threads that don't refer to the problem or just mention it in passing. Is this an expensive fix? Is it necessary to fix it (other than for cosmetic reasons?)

Any help would be appreciated.

There is a TSB adressing that problem.

I believe it has been qouted in a post. I don't have it on this computer.

My wife had a crack in her cover from the top where the lens joins the body.

Epoxy from the outside didn't work, but from the inside it did. Cleaned with 3M automotive adhesive remover first.
