I've been trying to figure out a use for the Personal Assistant, but it's basically a person with Google and phone--and anyone who has a smart phone also has Google and phone. So it seems pretty redundant, except when you need to Google while driving, which for me at least doesn't happen very often. I've used it a few times, and it sort of felt like using that parody site, Let Me Google That For You: http://lmgtfy.com/

I have only used it a couple of times, it comes in handy if you need to look something up wile driving. If you have someone in the car with you, and there is a smart phone around, it is pretty much useless. It is a nice alternative to calling the information number though.
