Anyone kno who else make a concave style wheel beside 5-zigen nad wont cost a whole heep of money?

Nope. Rays builds TE37 that will have the similar concave look in 9" wide and wider, but the 5zigen will be the least expensive you'll find.

The specific style you're looking for is a function of the massive width coupled with the near zero offset.
