Computer showing multiple errors

Has anything likely happened to you?
First it showed SLIP, and car completely loosened, then a few rides later it showed a Deflated Tire, and recently it showed sign to change oil (I have just changed it and reseted maintenance) hence, all signs are showed while not true....I think I can find a solution with your help....tnx Q45ers.

Is your tire pressure OK? It's possible that low pressure could cause it to detect a "Slip" condition... Not sure on the oil change. What year is your Q?

Not to make a laarge story...I have just replaced ECU...now of course I need to know how to PROGRAM A USED ECU just placed into this Q45...any advice on where to find such information? thankssss
