Computer plug problems....

I'm doing a twin cam into a single cam swap. I took out the old single cam computer and plugged in the 91 computer. The computer fits fine but the second plug does not connect. I believe it is for the ignition. I have the twin cam wire harness. Why is that plug not fitting? Anyone else have this problem before? I was told is was a simple plug and play.

you have to spice together some wiring for the dash harness. search and u can find them
