Computer Help Needed, E:\ Not Accessable, Access Denied

So, I have been using DVD Shrink 3.2 forever in burning my DVDs. Only problems I have had are a few times it can't remove the protection on DVDs and sometimes it has a hard time with movies that start playing right when you stick them in the DVD player.

So I go to burn a DVD today, and I get the following message when I right click/double click on the E: drive in My Computer.

E:\ Not AccessableAccess Denied

What the hell? Things I can check?
