Use photoshop (image size) or if you don't have that, then MS Paint has image>stretch/skew.

Go to http://www.irfanview.comIrfanview will convert, stretch, adjust gamma, blur, sharpen, all the basic stuff you need in one free tiny program. Heck, the whole thing fits on a low-density floppy disk.

Don't shrink it, use the link in my sig to upload it, then you can link it into any thread and even use the full size, med or thumbnail, as I've done with the (clickable) images in my sig.

Have fun with images .

Another for Irfanview. I've been using it for years and love it. I use it to resize, crop, etc. alot of my pictures that I post on NICO.

If you want something really hardcore, you can either buy a copy of Photoshop or download a copy of The Gimp (hehe....had a Pulp Fiction flashback).

http://www.gimp.org/

Warning: Unless you are very computer saavy and/or really good with photo manipulation programs, both Photoshop and the Gimp will hurt your brain.

I'd go with Irfanview like Jesda said.
