I was doing a compression test and when I went to unscrew the compression tester tube from the spark plug hole it left the adapter in the hole I tried takeing a 11/16 socket to get it out but it wouldn't fit in the cylinder wall. I am going to try to get a thin wall socket but I am not sure if that will make a difference. BTW, My car is a 95' 240sx. Thanx

P.S. I'm only fifteen and this is my first car so don't give me any s**t about anything.

Put a little loc-tight on the tester and thread it back into the adapter. Let it sit for a couple of hours and then try unthreading it.
