Hey guys I have recently done a headgasket on my car after blowing it. It's a 92 KA24DE. I have double and triple checked cam timing numerous times and lined everything up. The timing on the distributor is correct also. The car will run but not smoothly like it's on 3 cylinders. I checked compression and all the cylinders are at 220. Do you think that is caused by cam timing being wrong. ANy help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

did you get the head shaved after it overheated? if so that can cause the rather high compression test numbers.(did so to my friends ka, the head had to be shaved cause it was a bit warped)

sounds like you have an injector or cam timing problem if it feels like its runnin on 3 cylinders.

No I didn't get the head milled because it didn't blow due to overheating it was from boost.

Does it just run rough at idle or under a load too? I messed with my cams and when my intake was off by 1 tooth it wouldnt idle but ran pretty good otherwise. Also, this might sound dumb, but have you checked to make sure all the spark plug wire are going to the right plugs? My friend was tring to fix a running prob with his integra for 2 weeks before he realized that the wires were switched... lol. GL with your problem.
