I'm running my stock deck now that my Eclipse has finally took a hot steaming pile dump on my chest.

My question is:I know you're not suppose to run a component set on a stock system, that wasn't component stock, but what happens if you do? Damages?

I'm tempted to run my fronts, but right now they're disconnected because I don't want to damage my precious set-up. Especially now that I don't have any money replace anything.

It's fine. You just don't get the advantage of the extra power with the stock deck.

You can run components on any stock deck but your volume may be lower especially if the set has a passive crossover because they can eat as much as 20% of your power.
