So as I was detailing/shampooing my J yesterday, my sister's nurse came to my house to do a dressing change. He pops his head in and says, "Gee this is in a good condion." I smiled :) and said, "Yes, I know."

So then I ask him if he knows what year this is. He looks around at the car and says, "Hmmmm, '97?" I had even a bigger smile :D and said, " '93." His face was in shock. Then as he was going inside the house, he said, "This is still a great looking car."

Now I get compliments like these often. It just makes me want to keep this car more and more (even with those little problems). Its pretty amazing how a ten year old car can hold its image.

Just wanted to share this lovely story. :)

Later guys...

Last spring I was coming home from a concert dressed in my tails when I got pulled over. The cop tells me that I don't have a current registration sticker but "with a new car like that, I'm sure that everything else is in order." Sheesh! I got pulled over because of the way my 95 looks!
