Completely Dead.

My car is completely dead. I can't get the lights or accessories to turn on. I tried to jump it twice. Both times after a little while I got the accessories to turn on for a split second. So I waited longer with the other car running, but couldn't get anything. This happened both times I tried to jump it. I've checked the battery connections and can't see any loose ones. I recently replaced my headlight motors but they would only go down and not up. Someone suggested they may have drained my battery. I'm going to try swapping batteries tomorrow. What else might this be?

sounds like a bad connection either by your cars battery cables or by the jumper cables.

trace the ground wire on your battery, insure it's secure completely on both ends.
