Is there anything that can be done to Qs headlights to make them look better.........

I know with cadillac eldorados they can switch out BMW E32 headlights...... they fit right in...... anyone know of anything like that for the Q?

Hell....take out the whole headlight and make a set of new headlights out of 2 sets of good fog lights. I'm contemplating on either doing this, or getting JDM headlights. I can get the JDM for $300....but I'm also shoppin around to see if I can get a better price.

Well, you could squint and check my avatar. That is the driver's side HID from the President. However, I don't think they were ever available in the Q45 headlight profile. Even if they were, you would have beam configuration problems since they drive on the left.

I do like the JDM lighting! Would it just be a matter of re-aiming them to be biased to the right side of the road instead of the left? I wonder if Joe or anyone else can just get the lens assemblies? Jeff - if you don't mind, keep us posted on what you find for less-than-$300 assemblies!

No, it's the beam cut-off pattern. The JDM lights illuminate high on the left side of the road (where the signage is), whereas ours illuminate the right side. Not a good thing to be doing to the oncoming driver while not illuminating the signage on the right.

AZhitman, please tell me you're kidding about the ghetto hairlip grille. Quella will be running away out of shame.

Nah, I dig the little grille! Looks functional, and breaks up that vast expanse of snout.

Of course, Quella's chrome schnozz gets my vote all day long... :D
