Parting out a complete CA.Only 'damaged' piece is the block which is a small bit out of tolerance with the cylinder walls. Would still work for overboring + rebuilding.

The head/block are still at the machine shop, however I have everything else in my garage. I'll be getting the head/block from the machine shop soon, so if you're interested just let me know.

I am just putting this thread out there, I will come out with a better thread with pictures for the big pieces I'd like to sell, but let me know with any request for sensors, accessories, belts, electrical, mechanical, anything on this engine I will get you a good price shipped from Atl, Georgia.

How much for the harness and ECU shipped to 40160, lol?

I bought a CA18DET and an '89 Pulsar donor car for $300 but the Pulsar ECU won't work with the CA18DET and a CA18DET ECU won't work with the Pulsar harness (black instead of blue blue plugs.)

Im pretty sure you could have the pulsar ECU chipped to work and modify the pulsar harness modified for the ignitor and dropping resistor........ but Im not 100 percent.

?

The ECU for a 1.6L could work with a CA18DET if it were chipped? Got any more info? And as far as the harness being modded to work right, I'd definitely like to hear more.

If I don't have to spend a ton of cash, then I'm all for it.

All this will be included in my bigger, better, longer thread with the stuff I actually think will sell easily. These prices are shipped. Again I will have pics/new thread with all this stuff soon.

Gabby and Broc,I do have a complete uncut harness, in decent condition. Plugs are brittle and some have chips but they all plug in fine and ran my engine great.$100

I don't have the ECU, it has been Nistuned for CA18DET. I will sell this along with licensing info for Nistune software, 6' USB cable, and a binder I put together with two Nistune guides (one from Nistune, one from a user on their forums)$350

Also I have some 460cc DSM top feed low-imp injectors that were recently cleaned by Fuel Injection Specialists in Cumming, GA.$150

Greddy Type-s blow off valve, with gasket and two fittings, one for recirc and blowoff.$120

Nismo FPR, I forget which type but it bolts onto back of fuel rail and works good. <200 miles.$80$100 w/ 1.5" fuel pressure gauge and manifold to attach it to 5/16 fuel line.

I also have a sub-harness I used to get this engine going in my S14. Includes S14 F3 plug for chassis harness, and the plugs to connect to CA18 harness.$40

MAF works good.$40

K&N filter fits good on MAF, 1000 miles on it tops.$40

Let me know, I can provide pictures of [email protected]

Do you have the spring that goes underneath the timing belt tensioner? I ordered a new tensioner from Rock Auto, but the spring doesn't come with it. I have no idea where to get one either. Please let me know. Thank you.

Shucks. I was hoping you had just a regular CA18DET ECU. I talked to Matt at NIStune and he said he could re-image my Pulsar ECU to work with the CA18DET and that way I could use the harness I have. Unfortunately, it's gonna run about as much as you're needin' out of yours, lol. Oh well, can't win 'em all.

I'm sorry about ya motor, but I wish you luck with the sale. Cheers!

artiAre you close at all to Atlanta? I would drive up to a few hours out to meet ya.Head is in good condition, never had any problem with it.Crank is within spec and polished by the machine shop.I'll let both go for $200 w/o shipping, but add shipping in there and I have no idea... I'd say it's going to tack on atleast $100 to ship the both.

HighwayEmail me, [email protected]. Got to get it from the machine shop, should be able to ship out by the end of this week. $10 shipped.

I was wondering how much you wanted shipped to 35405 for the intake manifold and everything on it (sensors, fuel rail, throttle body, dont need injectors), the coilpacks. and seperatley if you have an aftermarket downpipe and an aftermarket intercooler pipe coming from the turbo to the intercooler.

Just bought the harness and ECU from this guy on Saturday. Drove down to pick it up and got to see the stuff. Everything looks to be in pretty good shape, so don't hesitate to buy this stuff.

Do you have the P/N? I called my local stealership and they think I'm nuts and can't locate the spring. i need to get that thing finished and in my whip. Thank you boss.

What's up... I am looking for the motor mount brackets. Would you be willing to sell them? I am making some custom mounts.

Thanks, A O
