compatable flywheel

what other flywheels are compatable with the ca? would a kade work?

SR flywheel can be retrofited, but must be used with SR starter, clutch, etc. I think.

I used an SR flywheel/clutch/pressure plate on my Ca18det.. i had to grind down the two hump in the CA bell housing to clear the SR flywheel, and no the KA flywheel will not work on your CA..its different patterns and bolt sizes (CA=8 bolts KA=6 bolts)

and for the starter you would have to used a Hitachi gear reduction starter from a 84-86 200sx w/ a Ca18et i think??

i remember there was a guy on here that was using an s14 sr20 flywheel/disc/pressureplate. he claimed to also be using the factory ca18det starter. he said it was in his car and working. i have seen some of his other threads and posts i would honestly say its legit. lemme see if i can find a link to the thread.
